Responsibilities

Support design efforts throughout Acquia’s product and service portfolio.
Produce design artifacts for product teams.
Facilitate cross-functional working and feedback sessions.
Champion user needs for usability and accessibility.
Promote human-centered design methods.
Collaborate with design researchers.
Measure user satisfaction and impact.
Identify research needs and improvement opportunities.
Run prototype tests to gather user data.
Demonstrate a commitment to improving the team environment.
