Acquia empowers ambitious brands to create digital customer experiences. They seek a Business Operations Manager to manage and optimize operations for their Customer Success Organization.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for the Customer Success Org
Manage a diverse global team
Implement and optimize operational processes
Develop and maintain reporting frameworks
Ensure compliance with company policies
Oversee systems used by Customer Success teams
Collaborate on Professional Services revenue operations
Plan resource allocation and capacity needs
Manage relationships with external vendors
Coordinate internal events to foster team engagement
Establish governance frameworks for critical processes
Maintain business continuity plans

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance or related field
MBA or equivalent preferred
