We are looking for a Sales Development Representative, EMEA, with a passion for discovering new things and a hunger to succeed. This role is extremely suited for a self-starter, driven individual that loves winning. The ideal candidate thrives in a customer focused environment, is naturally inquisitive and has a minimum of 2 years experience in an SDR capacity. This role offers the opportunity for growth, with successful candidates having the first shot at promotion to an AE role down the line.
This is a remote position, but the candidate should be located near London.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop and manage leads (Inbound & Outbound) to create a robust pipeline of SQLs and SQO’s, with weekly targets and performance metrics
Capable of and eager to make 50+ prospect outreaches per day (calls, email & social media)
Be part of our dynamic sales team and apply our engagement process to help deliver a high conversion rate on a timely basis and achieve group goals (bookings & revenue!)
Use data to analyse and prioritise prospects to ensure a balanced use of time
Maintain Salesforce records and use outreach tools to maximize efficiency
Work closely with the Marketing team to create relevant, localised and effective campaigns
Discuss in a consultative manner to identify customer needs and find an initial fit with our products/services
Actively provide feedback to the Product team to help improve our offering
Report to the Director EMEA Sales on prospecting results (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
Stay up to date with new products/services and pricing
Represent Act-On at industry trade shows and conferences
Who You Are:
- Track record of achieving performance targets
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and Sales process software (e.g. Outreach)
Proficiency with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts) and Google App suite
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English a must, French/German/Spanish - big bonus)
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through the ability to interact with prospects and customers in a business environment, discuss business needs and communicate Turning's value proposition
