Action Property Management is seeking a part-time Porter to join our team at our luxury association SoCo Urban Lofts in Dallas, Texas.
Pay:$16.00 - $17.50 an hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
The Porter responsibilities focus on deliveries to homes such as luggage, packages, groceries, messages, etc. Additionally, as a Porter walks the property, they are to assist in picking up and/or cleaning any loose debris or trash that they may find and alert the Front Desk of any condition demanding attention, i.e., maintenance requests.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
1 year janitorial experience.
1 year of maintenance is preferred.
Experience leading a front desk team is strongly preferred.
Polished and professional presentation and demeanor.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Team player.
