Action Property Management seeks a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join our team at the prestigious luxury residence, Millennium Tower, located in San Francisco. This role is ideal for a service-oriented leader with a background in luxury hospitality, preferably in high-end hotels or luxury hotel residences, with specific expertise in the rooms division, including front office, guest relations, valet, and housekeeping.


The Director of Operations will oversee daily operations and ensure our team delivers the highest standards of luxury service. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for training, and a commitment to upholding the premium guest experience Millennium Tower is known for.


Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and inspire team members to achieve excellence in service across all departments within the rooms division (front office, guest relations, valet, and housekeeping).
  • Develop and implement best practices and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to proactively resolve guest issues, ensuring each resident’s experience meets or exceeds luxury standards.
  • Monitor and uphold all service quality standards, conducting regular audits to maintain compliance.
  • Flexibly manage scheduling to ensure consistent coverage, with weekend availability and varied start/end times as required.


Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a luxury hospitality setting, ideally in a hotel or hotel residences, with significant expertise in the rooms division.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strong focus on training and staff development.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Availability to work weekends and adapt to varying schedules to meet operational needs.

$105,000 - $115,000 a year
