Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time or contract basis. This role will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce marketing, email campaign strategy, and customer segmentation, with a proven track record of driving engagement and sales through email channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
- Create, test, and optimize email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
- Manage customer segmentation and personalization strategies to ensure relevant and targeted messaging.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective email templates.
- Maintain and grow email subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.
- Utilize A/B testing to continuously improve email content and layout.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and eCommerce.
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in eCommerce.
- Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and tools especially Klaviyo
- Proficient in graphic design with the ability to craft engaging emails.
- Experience with customer segmentation, personalization, and automation in email campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on creating engaging and persuasive content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with email marketing regulations and best practices (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for digital marketing.
