Job Title: FP&A with E-Commerce Analyst

Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time

Salary: $1,000 - $1,400/month

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with 5+ years of experience directly within a heavy FP&A role. We are looking for the person that understands the implications of the business and can improve the metrics based on those findings. There is a huge sense of urgency within this role, and we need someone that can come in and hit the ground running with little supervision. We want you to be excited about this business because it is an exciting business to be in. 

Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for preparing financial reporting packages along with designing and developing solutions to automate and improve processes related to planning, forecasting, and data analytics.  

It will also support business partners through various aspects of the budgeting, reporting, and analysis processes for a division/functional area. This will include monthly and project reporting, financial modeling, and expense planning. 

  • Prepare, analyze, and review financial information to ensure accurate financial results and metrics.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analysis models that track business performance.
  • Build and manage driver-based budget, forecasting process, and long-range business planning cycle.
  • Communicate and work closely with business partners to ensure consistency with current finance operational goals and KPIs.
  • Maintain the financial planning system by completing data uploads and revisions and running and organizing automated reports that accurately consolidate and identify issues that cause variances. 
  • Complete monthly revenue and expense analysis to provide key drivers impacting results.
  • Work with various financial data structures and provide innovative ways to solutions for report delivery

    • Bachelors degree in finance or equivalent experience required 
    • 5+ years’ experience in financial analysis, complex modeling, and data analytics 
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA/Macros, BI tools nice to have) 
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
    • Good oral and written communication skills are required along with good collaboration and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in a changing and deadline-driven environment 
    • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and consistently going beyond base requirements
    • Must be able to provide a PC for working. We cannot accept a Mac for this role as our programs do not cooperate.
