Role Overview:
The Creative and Branding Manager will be hands-on in driving all creative and branding initiatives across the company. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can execute creative tasks while also shaping the brand’s strategic direction. We are looking for someone who is both a doer and a visionary, ready to lead by example and directly contribute to the company's creative output.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive creative and branding strategy aligned with the company's goals.
- Independently manage the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring consistent, high-quality output across all channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to integrate creative strategies into broader company objectives
Brand Development & Management
- Actively develop and maintain the brand’s visual and verbal identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct regular brand audits to evaluate and enhance brand perception and positioning.
- Create and implement brand guidelines to ensure uniformity in messaging and aesthetics.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
Campaign Execution
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with the brand's strategic vision.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners as needed to ensure successful delivery of creative projects.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze the performance of branding and creative campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Report on key metrics and the impact of creative strategies on brand performance and business objectives.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably with a US high-growth or innovative company.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing creative and branding strategies that drive business results.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across multiple channels and mediums.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of branding, design, and marketing principles, with a keen understanding of current industry trends.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
