Job Title: Meta Ads Buyer 1

Salary Range: $1,000-$1,500 per month

Overview of the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Meta Ads Buyer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Meta (formerly Facebook) advertising platforms and will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Meta ad campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand growth. Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage Meta ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Use data insights to optimize campaigns and achieve the best possible results.
  • Budget Management: Oversee advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to determine the most effective ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies to reach the most relevant and high-value customer segments.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and videos that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Meta advertising, as well as industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Meta advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, campaign optimization, and performance tracking. Experience with A/B testing and audience segmentation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, and Excel.
  • Creativity: Ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad content and innovative campaign strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively.
  • Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
