Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will excel at managing influencer relationships, overseeing their commissions, and executing large-scale outreach campaigns to enroll influencers and content creators into our affiliate program. Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Management:
-Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators, ensuring successful collaboration and engagement.
-Manage influencer commissions, including tracking performance, processing payments, and resolving any related issues.
Influencer Outreach and Recruitment:
-Identify, research, and reach out to hundreds or thousands of influencers and content creators across various platforms.
-Enroll influencers into our affiliate program, providing them with the necessary information and support to promote our brand effectively.
Affiliate Program Coordination:
-Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement strategies for the affiliate program.
-Provide ongoing support and guidance to affiliates, addressing their inquiries and helping them maximize their impact.
Campaign Execution:
-Coordinate with influencers to ensure the timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Reporting and Analysis:
-Track and report on key metrics related to influencer performance and affiliate program success.
-Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration:
-Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with overall brand strategies and objectives.
-Assist in the creation of promotional materials and content for influencer campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in influencer marketing, affiliate program management, or a related role.
Strong ability to identify and engage influencers and content creators.
Experience managing commissions and performance tracking for influencers.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle large-scale outreach efforts.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using marketing and CRM tools to manage relationships and track performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.
Experience with affiliate marketing programs and influencer recruitment strategies.
Previous experience in a high-growth digital marketing environment.
Experience with Social Snowball, Loud Crowd or any same platform.
