As an Email and SMS Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective email and SMS marketing campaigns. Your role will involve crafting persuasive copy, managing campaigns through platforms like Mailchimp and Klaviyo, and analyzing performance metrics to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Development: Design, implement, and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Copywriting: Write engaging and persuasive copy for email and SMS communications, ensuring brand voice consistency and high-quality content.
• Audience Segmentation: Utilize customer data to segment audiences effectively, tailoring messaging for maximum impact and engagement.
• Platform Management: Manage and optimize campaigns using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and other relevant tools to track performance and improve results.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to refine subject lines, content, and send times, continuously improving campaign effectiveness.
