Schedule: M-F, US Business Hours(Eastern Time), 15-20 hours/week
Salary: $400/month
Responsibilities:
Craft engaging monthly emails to pitch new collaboration opportunities to micro influencers.
Manage a portfolio of 250+ US-based micro influencers each month, focusing on nail collaborations, and continuously source new US influencers in the beauty space.
Identify on-brand talent to establish and nurture authentic influencer relationships.
Coordinate influencer gifting and ensure timely posting of related content.
Collaborate with social and advertising teams to repurpose influencer-generated content (UGC) across channels.
Work with the influencer marketing team to align on US marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Support the creation of custom PR and influencer gifting lists for launches, and track content posting.
Manage reporting and analytics of the micro influencer program on a weekly/monthly basis.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience managing influencer marketing campaigns.
Experience working with US-based influencers and in the US market.
Previous influencer work experience and undergraduate degree in marketing, public relations, communications (or any other relevant field)
Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Self-motivated, quick learner, and a collaborative team player.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
Skilled at meeting deadlines and performing well under pressure.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Passion for interacting with others and developing creative, engaging marketing strategies.

Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Campaign Monitor for creating and sending monthly collaboration pitches to influencers.
AspireIQ, GRIN, Upfluence, or Traackr for managing influencer relationships, sourcing new influencers, and tracking campaign performance.
Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Later to collaborate with the social team and repurpose influencer content across channels.
Asana, Trello, or Monday.com for day-to-day management, task assignments, and cross-team coordination with the influencer marketing and social media teams.
Google Analytics, Socialbakers, or Influencity for tracking campaign success, engagement metrics, and influencer performance.
Pixlee or Tint for sourcing and repurposing user-generated content from influencers across other channels.
Meltwater or Cision for creating custom PR and influencer gifting lists, if needed for broader media outreach and list management.
