Job Title: Executive Assistant
Schedule: M-F, 9AM - 6PM PST
Salary: $1,000-1,500/month
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. As the right-hand person to our executives, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing emails, calendar scheduling, phone communication, and written correspondence. Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume email inboxes with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Draft, respond, and prioritize emails on behalf of executives, ensuring clarity and tone are always aligned with company standards.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and send timely reminders to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Answer and place calls with a polished and professional demeanor, representing the leadership team.
- Take detailed and actionable meeting notes, following up on key items to ensure deadlines and action items are met.
- Handle light research, travel arrangements, and various ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Confident and polished on the phone, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.
- A self-starter who can work independently and proactively resolve problems.
- Available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
