Can I apply to multiple positions? What if I don't know which position is the best fit for me?

Yes, you can apply to multiple positions at once. Our recruiting team works collaboratively and will forward your information to the appropriate recruiter if we think you’d be a better fit for another position.

When will I hear about the next steps?

Your recruiter will contact you shortly after your interview to inform you of the next steps and expected timelines. If you have any questions about the process, please reach out to your recruiter and communicate any deadlines you may have.

Does Datadog offer onsite interviews?

Yes! For certain roles and office hubs, we’re excited to offer candidates the opportunity to interview onsite and experience Datadog life. This typically occurs during the face-to-face portion of the interview

process. Your recruiter or coordinator will assist with all logistics.

Will I need to travel for the interview process?

If your interview requires travel, your recruiter will coordinate your travel arrangements through our partner, TripActions.

Is there a dress code?

Datadog does not have a company dress code. We want you to feel comfortable and confident, so wear whatever makes you feel your best on interview day.

(For non-remote positions) If hired, how often will I need to be in the office?

For roles based in our offices or co-working locations, you will be expected to come in part of the week per our hybrid model. The number of days required varies by team, and we encourage employees to be in the office as often as they can. Check out Datadog’s virtual office tours above!

What does the virtual interviewing experience look like?

We use Zoom for virtual interviews, allowing face-to-face meetings with your interviewers. You’ll receive one Zoom link per interview, and you’ll stay on that same link if you’re meeting with multiple Datadogs. Your recruiter will stay in touch to ensure you are comfortable throughout the process.

How can I request reasonable accommodations for my interview?

Warning signs of a scam include:
