Scope of the role:
The Owned Media Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the performance of various owned media channels, including email, SMS, app, web push notifications, and membership programs. Reporting to the Director of Owned Media, the coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the Asana calendar, analyzing campaign performance, executing customer surveys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, data-driven retention marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with tools like Klaviyo and Postscript, and a strong understanding of email and SMS marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Asana Calendar Management:
- Maintain and update the Owned Media calendar in Asana, ensuring alignment with the 2024 Annual Marketing Calendar.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Review weekly and monthly performance analytics across all owned media channels (email, SMS, app, web push).
- Draft performance reports for the Owned Media Manager, highlighting key insights, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Support data-driven decision-making by identifying patterns that drive successful campaign outcomes.
Customer Survey and Customer Support Email Management:
- Manage the setup and distribution of Consumer Insight Surveys using Klaviyo, including segmenting audiences, deploying survey emails, and generating discount codes.
- Assist with testing and optimizing Customer Experience Flows to ensure smooth user experiences and performance.
Campaign Briefs and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive campaign briefs, ensuring that copy and design teams are aligned with project deadlines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate execution of email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
Campaign Analysis and Planning:
- Analyze the performance of past campaigns to identify areas for optimization and success stories.
- Collaborate with the Owned Media Manager to establish monthly campaign objectives based on historical data and upcoming brand initiatives.
- Track, log, and organize learnings from testing across channels to continuously improve retention marketing efforts.
- C1 English level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must Have).
- 4+ years of proven experience as a QA Coordinator or in a similar role, particularly within digital products (Mandatory).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify in a QA or product management context (Mandatory).
- Prior experience in the apparel or e-commerce industry with an understanding of the business of selling clothing (Nice to Have).
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes (manual and automated testing techniques).
- Proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail) and software development processes.
- Proficiency in Asana for project and product management (Mandatory).
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project needs.
- Proven ability to take initiative and lead improvements in QA processes.
