Scope of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a robust background in mobile applications, particularly in the social app space. This role is pivotal in managing and aligning cross-functional teams—including UI/UX designers, front-end developers, and backend engineers—to drive product strategy, innovation, and flawless execution.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategy, development, and execution of mobile social apps, ensuring alignment with both business goals and user needs.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and ensure technical excellence.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage product features and enhancements using market research, user feedback, and performance insights.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to improve interfaces and functionality in close collaboration with designers and engineers.
  • Facilitate agile development cycles by crafting clear user stories, roadmaps, and product documentation.
  • Monitor and analyze app performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership teams to communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on mobile apps and social platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead UI/UX, front-end, and backend teams.
  • Deep understanding of mobile ecosystems, user engagement, and mobile tech stacks.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, and analytics platforms like Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar design/prototyping software.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Passion for social tech trends and creating impactful mobile experiences.
