Scope of the Role 

We are seeking a skilled Web Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web analytics and experience with eCommerce platforms, specifically Shopify, Heap, and Looker. As a Web Analyst, you will analyse website performance, user behaviour, and conversion metrics to optimise our digital marketing strategies and improve the overall customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyse web traffic and user behaviour using tools such as Heap and Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to eCommerce sales, customer engagement, and website usability.
• Utilise Looker to create comprehensive dashboards and visualisations that communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to implement data-driven strategies for improving site performance.
• Conduct A/B testing and user research to gather actionable insights for enhancing user experience and conversion rates.
• Maintain and optimise our Shopify store setup for efficient data tracking and reporting.

• Excellent English Communication skills (Min C1)
• 2+ years of experience with Shopify, including an understanding of eCommerce best practices and store management.
• 2+ years of experience with Heap for tracking user interactions and analysing website performance.
• 2+ years of experience with Looker for data visualisation and reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Heap, and Looker; familiarity with other analytics tools is a plus.
