§ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
§ Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
§ Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.
TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT
§ Lead, mentor, and motivate the staffing coordinators to achieve departmental goals.
§ Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
§ Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
STAFFING OPERATIONS MANAGEMNT
§ Oversee the daily operations of the staffing department, ensuring efficient and effective placement of healthcare professionals.
§ Develop and implement staffing strategies to meet client demands and organizational goals.
§ Monitor and analyze staffing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
CUSTOMER SUCCESS STRATEGY
§ Develop and execute customer success plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
§ Proactively identify and address potential issues to prevent client churn.
§ Implement best practices for customer success and continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience.
COMMUNICATION & COLABERATION
§ Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues.
§ Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.
§ Prepare and present regular reports on departmental performance to senior management.
