Actuarial Analyst - Remote - 8-Month project / Possible transition to permanent position!

Actuarial Analyst

InnoSource is now hiring for an Actuarial Analyst for our leading U.S. insurance client! Do you have previous property and casualty insurance experience? Do you have a passion for the insurance industry? If so please apply today! This is an 8-month project, but does have the possibility to transition to a permanent position after the conclusion of the project. 100% remote, but you are welcome to work from our downtown Columbus facilities as much as you would like!

Key Responsibilities - Actuarial Analyst

• Complete rate changes for personal auto and homeowners, including proposals to business partners, rate tables for IT, filing materials, and responses to any department of insurance objections.
• Improve the efficiency of filing indication templates to reduce time to prepare filings for analysts

Required Skills and Knowledge- Actuarial Analyst

• Thorough knowledge of actuarial rate indications
• 3+ exams of the Casuality Actuarial Society
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

Education and Experience - Actuarial Analyst

• 4+ years of P&C insurance pricing experience in the USA.
• Experience preparing rate filings and working with state departments of insurance to gain approval for rate changes

Benefits and Pay - Actuarial Analyst

The pay rate for this position is between $75 and $125 per hour (determined based on previous experience and actuarial exams/credentials). You will also be offered:
