Accounts Payable Specialist, Campaigns

The Ad Council is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to provide support to the campaign billing and payable functions within the Finance team. This is a collaborative role that requires interfacing with all departments to process and track all payables associated with the organization's PSA campaigns.

Skills

2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Service or advertising industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Log, review, route, and pay invoices from multiple vendors.
Manage and maintain Accounts Payable database.
Maintain database of invoices received and processed.
Partner with internal departments to ensure timely processing of campaign costs.
Prepare monthly billable labor accrual and journal entries for billings.
Participate in meetings with various departments on the status of invoices and billings.
