Ad Operations Executive
The role
The opportunity is here to join our specialist Performance Media team as Ad Operations Executive in our central Auckland office. In this role you will be working on (and with) some of FCB’s high profile clients. Reporting to the Performance Lead, day to day you’ll be working directly with our Performance Director and Senior Performance Executive, and our Client Services teams on all Campaign Implementation, Campaign Optimisation, Analysis and Reporting. Our Performance media team provide thought leadership at the intersection of performance media, data and digital operations, and through collaboration accelerate the advantage of FCB’s integrated model.

What you’ll need to bring to the team
- Up to 1 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, strength in attention to detail a must
- Team player with a hunger to continue learning and developing.
- Operationally savvy and proactive in seeking out opportunities
- Good networker, able to establish collaborative relationships easily and inspire confidence in peers
- Process-oriented and able to handle a range of tasks and projects
- Positive, friendly, can-do attitude with the ability to cope well under pressure and contribute to team culture
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, contributing to all things FCB
Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Trafficking: Implement ad tags and creatives in ad servers and dispatching tags both internally and externally
- Measurement: Work with FCBSIX on floodlight and pixel implementation
- Quality Assurance: Help with the quality assurance process by checking ad creatives and landing pages to ensure they meet the basic requirements
- Campaign Maintenance: Monitor campaign data and performance metrics. Ensure effective communication of campaign pacing status
- Reporting: Preparing regular reports on ad campaign performance
- Troubleshooting Support: Proactive in identifying technical issues and assisting in finding solutions under the guidance of more experienced team members
- Ad Campaign Support: Assist the team in setting up ad campaigns on various platforms, helping with basic tasks like inputting campaign settings and uploading creatives
- Basic Optimisation: Support the Performance team in basic campaign optimisation tasks
- Stay up-to-date with programmatic and social media trends and new technologies
