Intermediate Software Engineer

As an Intermediate Software Engineer on our Bot Automation team, you will work with internal and external stakeholders, product managers, and designers to execute Ada’s roadmap and iteratively deliver the caller experience for our AI-driven CX platform. 

Your goal will be to build and improve Ada’s AI Agent. This effort is highly visibility and represents a new chapter for Ada. You will be on a team that has a direct business impact, enabling our revenue teams to sell into new and existing sales pools as we build and improve both the chatter and AI Agent manager experience. You will be involved in adding new functionality to enhance the experience for callers and broaden the number of customer issues that can be resolved autonomously.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience as a Backend/Full Stack Developer
  • Proficient with backend technologies (Python and Node.js, Javascript is an asset)
  • Understanding of databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch and in-memory stores such as Redis
  • Experience with 3rd party LLMs, such as GPT, Azzure, Anthropic ect. Experience deploying code and strong developer operations
  • Commitment to personal growth and continued learning
  • Drive and willingness to make the people around you better
  • Self-starter, problem solver and strong communicator
  • Experience working with public APIs to build reliable third-party integrations

The expected salary range for this position is $102,000 to $131,000 CAD. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
