Responsibilities

Manage and lead client renewals and upsell opportunities
Oversee a large book of business across various clients
Act as relationship owner and escalation point
Work cross-functionally to drive revenue growth
Develop strategic approaches to exceed annual sales quotas
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Use Salesforce effectively in the sales process

Education
