Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Consolidated Reporting Specialist join our Private Banking team. In this role, you will be the point person for onboarding high net worth clients onto Addepar, Private Banking’s consolidated reporting system. You will handle all client inquiries and resolve issues related to Addepar, as well as be involved in client onboarding, report configuration and private asset reporting. You will have exposure to Senior Relationship Managers and large family relationships. To be successful, you will need strong technical skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills. Our ideal candidate is determined about tackling problems, can skillfully coordinate internal teams, and loves working directly with relationship teams.
Some of your key responsibilities include:

Being a subject matter expert on Addepar and serving as the primary point for escalation of all issues

Working directly with the front office to onboard client relationships, including the facilitation of required authorizations and onboarding document preparation

Understanding client relationships to create ownership structures which contribute to the accuracy of consolidated reporting

Working closely with Front Office, end users (clients) to configure Addepar reporting and resolve issues
-
Running monthly and quarterly reporting for high-net-worth clients, Family offices and Endowments and Foundations

Updating asset classification and security pricing in Addepar

Working with internal performance team to reconcile accounts in Addepar

Reporting on private investments internal and external
-
Working with internal groups to integrate systems and workflows

Identifying and implementing opportunities to increase efficiencies

Identifying trends and recommending process improvements

Evaluate the criticality of client issues and collaborate with various parts of the organization to resolve

Work in complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies
Qualifications:

BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve problems/issues
-
Avid learner willing to develop subject matter expertise on new software

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills

Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

Proactive self-starter who is goal oriented

Working knowledge of performance analysis concepts

Ability to analyze monthly performance returns and market value changes to ensure accuracy

Experience with First Rate, Sungard AddVantage and Addepar a plus

Having a strong knowledge of private investments (private equity, venture capital, private real estate) and being able to track and report on them a plus

Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively prioritize and adapt within a fast-paced business environment

Salary Range
$75,000 to $85,000
BBH’s compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
