Build a rapport with current and future customers.
Communicate with customers through various channels.
Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a friendly attitude.
Process return documentations, corrections, and replacements accurately.
Track orders and provide status updates to customers.
Input new orders into the ERP system accurately.
Manage warranty claims.
Work collaboratively with others to ensure customer satisfaction.
Education
High school diploma or GED required
Some college or equivalent work experience preferred
