Customer Experience Specialist
Flatline Van Co. is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to build rapport with customers, process orders, manage warranty claims, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Build a rapport with current and future customers.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a friendly attitude.
- Process return documentations, corrections, and replacements accurately.
- Track orders and provide status updates to customers.
- Input new orders into the ERP system accurately.
- Manage warranty claims.
- Work collaboratively with others to ensure customer satisfaction.
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Some college or equivalent work experience preferred
