Job Duties: • Receive, review, and verify invoices for goods and services. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures. • Enter invoice details into the accounting system accurately and promptly. Maintain organized records of invoices and payment documentation. • Process employee expense reports, verifying receipts and compliance with company policies. Prepare expense reimbursements for payment. • Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies, payment inquiries, and account reconciliation. • Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs. Ensure payments are made on time and accurately reflect outstanding obligations. • Assist in generating reports related to accounts payable activities, such as aging reports, accruals, and vendor statements. Requirements: • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role. • Familiarity with accounting software and systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks). • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good organizational and time management skills.
