The Banking Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our valued clients. This role involves understanding clients’ financial needs, offering tailored banking solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong background in financial services, and a proven track record in client relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.• Understand clients’ financial goals and needs, providing personalized advice and solutions.• Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to review their financial status and address any concerns.Financial Solutions:• Offer a range of banking products and services to meet clients’ needs, including loans, investments, and deposit accounts.• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized financial plans and strategies for clients.• Monitor and analyze clients’ accounts and transactions to identify opportunities for additional services or improvements.Customer Service:• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to any issues or inquiries.• Resolve client complaints and concerns with professionalism and urgency.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.Sales and Business Development:• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products and services.• Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the bank’s overall growth objectives.• Attend networking events and industry seminars to build and strengthen professional relationships.Compliance and Risk Management:• Ensure all activities comply with relevant banking regulations, policies, and procedures.• Conduct risk assessments and manage potential risks associated with client accounts.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree preferred• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking experience or sales experience in the financial/banking field.• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and financial regulations.• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
