Job Responsibilities: • Review prospective customers for credit worthiness and make a determination if credit is to be granted • Contact customers via email and phone calls to collect on delinquent accounts • Receive and post payments • Reconcile to ensure customer portals and accounting system reflect the same information • Reconcile AR reports to the general ledger • Month end closing duties Requirements: • Extensive, 5+ years, of collections experience • Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel) • Experience working within a large ERP system Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
