We are seeking a highly experienced Senior FP&A Leader to join our team in the behavioral health industry. This individual contributor role will be responsible for overseeing all Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities and will report directly to the CFO. The position requires a hands-on approach, with the leader deeply involved in data analysis, financial modeling, and system management. The primary focus is to deliver accurate, timely, and relevant KPIs, forecasts, and business analysis that enable functional leaders to make informed decisions. This role also involves monitoring financial trends, analyzing results, and communicating insights to drive actionable responses.Qualifications:• A minimum of 15 years of total business experience, with at least 10 years specializing in FP&A and leading such functions.• Strong knowledge and understanding of financial accounting, modeling, and analysis.• Experience in the behavioral health industry is a plus.• Experience in private equity is preferred.Essential Job Functions:• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to create value through advanced data analytics, with a focus on driving actionable results within the behavioral health space.• Lead the annual and monthly variance analysis, comparing actuals to budget, and provide insightful explanations.• Contribute to the creation of presentations that effectively communicate key financial and operational messages, with attention to both content and visual presentation.• Provide analysis and input into financial modeling, offering insights into the short and long-term financial impacts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) of significant business decisions and investments.• Assist in preparing materials for Board and Executive Committee presentations.• Prepare, coordinate, and manage all deliverables required by lenders.• Actively seek to eliminate non-value-added work and leverage automation to increase efficiency.• Support acquisition activities, including valuation, due diligence, and post-merger integrations.This role is ideal for a seasoned FP&A professional in the behavioral health industry looking to make a significant impact by leveraging their expertise in data analytics and financial analysis to drive business growth and operational efficiency. As the primary FP&A leader, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and success of the organization.
