Addison Group's Client is looking for an experienced HR Intern to join their team on a contract basis. Title: HR Coordinator/Intern... Location: CO Springs, CO 80919 Compensation: $22-25/hr Hours: 5-10 hours/week Remote/Hybrid/In-Office: 90% remote, 10% in-office • In-office required on July 8th and July 22nd for orientation and training. Contract Type: Temporary (July – Mid September) Key Responsibilities: • Process I-9 forms for new hires • Clean up and maintain employee files • Handle new hire paperwork and processing • Monitor and check the status of background checks • Take and distribute employee badge photos • Download files into the system Qualifications: • Experience in HR or interest in growing in HR • Willing to undergo compliance requirements • Background Check: State, County, Federal • CO Adult Protective Services Screen • National Sex Offender Search • MBR Driving Record Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
