Job title: HR ManagerCompensation: $70,000 - $82,500Parking: YesHours: Standard Business HoursRemote/Hybrid/In-Office: 100% in officeTeam layout: Department of 1Core ResponsibilitiesPayroll AdministrationProcess weekly and biweekly payroll accurately and on timeEnter and maintain employee pay information, including salaries, hourly rates, bonuses, deductions, and withholdingsEnsure proper processing of payroll taxes and benefit deductionsHandle multi-state payroll filings as neededPost employment advertisementsOSHA: Oversee and responsible for Safety reviews and complianceUnemployment insuranceBenefits AdministrationManage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policiesConduct benefits orientations and enrollment for employeesAssist employees with benefits inquiries and claims issuesCoordinate with benefits vendors and partnersHR FunctionsMaintain employee records and HR information systemsImplement employee onboarding and offboarding processesEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulationsConduct background checks and employment verificationsAssist with employee relations issuesMaintain job descriptionsTimely performance reviews by managersRequired Skills and QualificationsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office suiteKnowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practicesAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills3-5 years of relevant HR and payroll experienceExcellent communication skillsWork in a team-oriented environmentAdditional ResponsibilitiesCoordinate employee recognition programs and eventsAssist with HR reporting and analyticsProvide administrative support to the HR departmentParticipate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
