Marketing Specialist local to the Houston area willing to go onsiteWork Experiences:• 2 - 5 years of experience in an eCommerce environment, focusing on digital marketing and analytics.Education:• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business or relevant field of studySkills:• Strategic thinker: strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills• Process Mindset: ability to define/document processes, execute against processes, and suggest process changes for continuous improvement• Effective Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, with the ability to work with other teams cross-functionality• Organized and Accountable: Ability to manage timelines, self-pride in work, ownership of deliverables within a high volume, fast-paced environment• Problem-solver: Ability to make recommendations, bias for action, positive attitude towards challenges• Basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills• Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job dutiesResponsibilities:• Manage, create, test, and deploy a variety of eCommerce campaigns and projects, including Hot Market support of championship gear launches• Manage and track versioning of proofs and present content in weekly marketing meetings• Assist with audience segmentation, personalization, and measurement• Create digital marketing strategies that are in line with our business goals and messaging• Conduct A/B and multivariant tests• Interpret and report on performance results to the team• Partner with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, project management, and design to ensure task and project deliverables are complete• Manage and execute QA testing of links across device types/states at different check points in the publishing process
