This role is crucial for driving the hiring process and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and the recruitment team.Job Description: As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a key role in managing the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include engaging with applicants, navigating recruitment platforms, and coordinating interviews to advance the hiring process efficiently.Key Responsibilities:• Reach out to all applicants for open positions to engage and screen candidates.• Utilize Indeed and other recruitment platforms to identify and manage candidate profiles.• Drive the hiring process forward by scheduling and coordinating interviews with the recruitment team.• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to keep them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.• Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline processes and improve candidate experience.Qualifications:• Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing is preferred.• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Indeed.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.• 15-20 outbound calls per day.• Answer all inbound questions.
