UI/UX Developer Location: Nashville, TN... Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 Responsibilities ● Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements. ● Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to illustrate design concepts and workflows. ● Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. ● Develop high-fidelity design mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. ● Hold focus groups ● Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement. ● Analyze user feedback and make data-driven design decisions to enhance overall user experience. ● Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design and front-end development. ● Implement innovative design solutions to enhance the overall quality of our digital products. Qualifications ● A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and front-end development skills. ● Proficient with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. ● Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development. ● Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ● Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment. ● Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications ● Previous experience in fintech companies and/or start up environments. ● Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field
