Adecco is hiring immediately for Outbound Logistic Coordinators at a local client in Newark, DE. Outbound Logistic Coordinators do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility, with starting pay at $23.00-$25.00/hr., plus available overtime.
As an Outbound Logistic Coordinator, you will coordinate with third-party suppliers/carriers to ensure timely and... cost-effective shipments to installation sites, manage processes for international and domestic shipments, update databases, process ticket requests, and collaborate with manufacturing teams.
Responsibilities include documenting equipment condition prior to transportation, recording customer shipments, preparing necessary shipping documentation, assisting in logistics planning, organizing files, processing logistics invoices, and performing additional departmental duties as required.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• 7+ years’ relevant experience required
• Experience shipping technically complex products to customers – both Domestic and International required
• Experience using an electronic inventory management system, Oracle strongly preferred
• Preferred experience in freight forwarding
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and walk around the warehouse

Available Shifts:
• 1st Shift – 7:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Thursday. Mandatory overtime on Fridays when shipments are scheduled

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
