Quality Assurance Manager

Adecco is partnering with a client to fill a Quality Manager position. This role involves overseeing daily quality checks on products, using various measuring tools, managing documentation processes, and preparing for internal and customer audits. This is a growing organization, debt free and benefits start day 1!Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute verification and validation plans for product/process quality.• Create project tasks and schedules, and address project-related conflicts and issues.• Support supplier audits and quality planning for new and legacy products.• Perform hazard and risk analysis, lead root cause analysis, and identify new inspection equipment needs.• Act as a liaison between QC and operations, and mentor and train Quality Department personnel.• Supervise a team of engineers, quality technicians, and inspectors.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required• 8+ years of experience in quality engineering is required• Leadership experience is required• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 is required
