Senior Graphic Designer

Adecco Creative and Marketing is searching for a Senior Graphic Designer for a dynamic creative agency dedicated to delivering impactful results. We offer comprehensive services across strategy, design, and production, guiding projects seamlessly from inception to completion.• 3 days a week on-site and 2 days remote• Permanent role - $80-90k salary; may work over 40 hours some weeks pending workloadPosition OverviewWe are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Graphic Designer based in New York, NY. In this role, you will design and produce high-quality materials for both digital and print projects. Responsibilities include creating marketing collateral, social media graphics, brand identities, event materials, and more. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, photographers, and event producers, to ensure that all visual elements align with project objectives and brand standards. We offer comprehensive services across strategy, design, and production, guiding projects seamlessly from inception to completion.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field• Over 5 years of professional graphic design experience• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a diverse range of design work• Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines• Experience with UI/UX design principles and responsive design is advantageous• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design best practices is a plus• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present design concepts to clients
