Adecco is hiring immediately for a Financial Analyst for a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is 75.00/hr - 85.00/hr.Duties:· This role will support driving analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable with working on both strategic initiatives, such as enhancing financial reporting capabilities, and with deliverables related to regular business cycles.· Summarize the data related to market trends and drivers, competitors, business unit financials.· Proactively work with key business partners across the company’s finance organization to understand and help further develop reports and processes that are both efficient and can scale with the company’s growth.· Manage assigned FP&A & Core Business reporting and analysis deliverables in an effective and efficient way· Improve usage of SAP and related systems across finance plus develop & own KPI dashboard and internal financial reporting tools.· Lead analysis on portfolio management; Provide financial modeling, analysis, and valuation support for acquisitions and ad-hoc projects and partake in investor relations activities, including board and investor updates· Participate in the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. used to drive key business decisions· Implement new business reports within the established reporting framework, policies and procedures.· Trains and supports end users on accessing of reports.· Analyzes and interprets data and business intelligence reports.· Extracts financial & statistical data from various information systems and other sources.Requirements:· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business-related degree· Strong analytical & financial modeling skills.· Experience in business intelligence & data visualization technologies, tools & concepts such as Python scripting, Tableau, Power BI etc.· 4-7 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with attention to detail and ability to think clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams plus a curiosity to learn the business & improve upon existing processes.· Very strong Excel skills, including modeling· Strong communication, including presentation skills· Basic or intermediate accounting knowledgeClick on apply now for immediate consideration for this Financial Analyst in Santa Clara, CA.
