Summary: The Site Purchasing team's focus is to lead the purchasing activities for the Clayton facility while improving business results and compliance with enterprise and local procedures... Responsibilities: • Experience in issuing Purchase Orders / Schedule Agreements • Clearly communicate expectations with suppliers • Expediting deliveries to ensure goods & services are received on time • Invoicing and Grief resolution • Proficient Microsoft applications • Candidates must be local. Required Skills: • Advanced excel skills / MS office • Desired: • Invoicing / grief resolution experience, • Experience in ERP software • SAP • Experience for direct purchasing • Experience with obtaining quotes for goods & services • Proficient in excel Soft Skills: • Strong analytical skills Quick to learn new systems • Self-motivated / self-directed • Detail oriented & quick to follow up on issues • Strong time management & organizational skills • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills • Able to prioritize multiple tasks • Motivated team player • Proficiency in English is required Education and Experience: • A Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Logistics experience 3-6 years of experience Compensation: The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
