Summary:The purpose of this team is supporting all consumer email campaigns for a large enterprise tech company.This role will contribute to supporting the email strategy for the product and application team. The role will work with Go To Market partners on strategy and execution, work with Integrated Marketing Campaign teams on creative and brand messaging for consumers. Then they will work with GTM to approve copy, then work in Figma to finish the visual design of the email with designers, make sure emails release on time, then report on campaigns afterwards. The role will support the entire email campaign lifecycle. Afterwards they will work with executives on the customer journey, creating summaries and Monthly Business Reviews for how their campaigns worked and performed. They will coordinate and work with legal and privacy teams, as well as brand and other key stakeholders to launch emails that are super critical.Responsibilities:Support Email Strategy for a Free Product Suite and App Subscription (Family, Personal, Basic)Defender (or similar app)• Develop a welcome email and onboarding emails (Days 3, 7, 30) for the SSO segment.• Create unique welcomes for subscribers vs. non-subscribers.Designer (or similar app)• Develop a second welcome email and onboarding emails (Days 3, 7, 30).• Optimize the first welcome email based on the Journey Lead’s learning plan.Free Product Suite• Optimize and rebuild welcome emails and onboarding emails (Days 3, 7, 30).• Develop a strategy to determine which products deserve a welcome email and when other nurturing email programs (e.g., product launches) are more appropriate.App Paid Subscription• Support all Paid email program efforts as directed by the Journey Lead.• Execute learning plan developed by journey lead as well as perform ongoing optimization• Create monthly summary slides for the journey leads around campaigns performance including reach, opens, clicks and GA’s• Maintain walking-deck and all-up campaign summary tracker of all campaigns for the fiscal including reach, CTR, and GA’s.• Reviewing each campaign for completeness, adherence to objectives, and projected impact• Coordinating approval process for each of the campaigns (Privacy, Legal, Brand and key stakeholders)• Coordinate with TCS on the creation of the campaigns as well as final approval prior to launch• Basic analytics for campaign performance (delivered, open and CTR, GA).Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:• Minimum 8 years experience with Creating and deploying Email marketing strategy and campaigns to consumers• Minimum 5 years experience with Figma• Minimum 5 years experience with marketing for large enterprise companies.Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).Benefits and Ancillaries:Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.Aditi Consulting LLC uses AI technology to engage candidates during the sourcing process.
