SUMMARY:In this role you will be responsible for creating and refining and presenting comprehensive portfolio reporting from Planview into Excel, developing high quality executive level reporting in PowerPoint, accurately translate complex data into clear and concise reports and narrative tailored for senior leadershipKey Responsibilities:• Works with business to understand overall objective and outcomes to support Mandates and Corporate Services work• Maintain and possibly develop executive-level reporting in PowerPoint, combining data-driven insights with high impact visuals• Tailor reports to meet specific needs and preferences of senior manager for various meetings• Pull in any M&CS resources as needed for escalated issues (PMs, MBAs or Managers)• Coordinate monthly financial process and reports• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by preforming thorough quality checks• Report out to M&CS Leadership• Explains policies, practices and procedures of the job area/department to others within the organization. May work to justify and gain cooperation of other parties on practices, policies and procedures.Skills:• Healthcare knowledge/experience a must• Create Excel workbooks, reporting and able to edit PowerPoint, SharePoint and others.• Extract data from Planview into excel sheets• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by preforming thorough quality checks• Preform quality assurance reviews on mandates portfolio• Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of all reporting tasks• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary and data insights• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy• Organizes activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints.• Analytical thinker, with ability to solve problems• Strong written and verbal communication skill• Can deal with ambiguity and requests for change• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast paced environmentExperience:• Experience in a healthcare industry or other related entity• Experience with Mandates and Medicaid preferred• Strong proficiency in Excel- create workbooks, reporting and able to edit PowerPoint, SharePoint and others• Familiarity with Planview or similar project management software• Proven facilitation in a high matrix organization• Experience performing business analysis for work efforts with medium to high complexity• Has functional expertise within the area of responsibility.Education Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience• 5+ years of business analytics experienceCompensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).Benefits and Ancillaries:Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.Aditi Consulting LLC uses AI technology to engage candidates during the sourcing process.
