Section I: Scope
The Department of English at Manhattan College seeks part time, adjunct instructors to teach Introduction to College Writing to undergraduates. Successful applicants will teach two sections of each course, with an emphasis on personal, critical, and research writing through self-selected themes.

Reports to: Chair of Department and Director of Composition
Supervises: X
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include: teaching up to two sections of English 110 to undergraduates, assistance with program assessment and development, and attendance at select programmatic/professional development meetings.
Salary range:
Instructor $4,431.83
Assistant Professor $4,578.76
Associate Professor $4,726.94
Professor $4,875.13
