Project Manager (Tech Solutions & AdOps Team)


As a Project Manager in the Technical Solutions & AdOps team, you will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the team's efficiency and workflow. Your responsibilities will include gathering, documenting, and disseminating knowledge, as well as managing projects focused on automation and integration to optimize operations. This is a dynamic role where you will drive impactful projects to elevate the team's performance and ensure continuous improvement.


What You Will Be Doing:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution
  • Track project performance and implement improvements to meet strategic objectives
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders and leadership
  • Maintain and improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency


Requirements:
  • Experience in project management, business, technology or a related field
  • Proven experience in the digital marketing industry
  • 4+ years of experience managing projects in a technical or data-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholder expectations
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar)
  • Strong proficiency in both English and Polish, both written and spoken


Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Familiarity with programming languages, such as: HTML, JavaScript, Python, SQL
  • Experience with data platforms like BigQuery or similar
  • Exposure to media and marketing platforms, including: DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, CDPs, On-site Analytics Platforms, Ad Servers, Tag Management Systems
  • Basic understanding of software development and/or data analytics
