Key focus areas include production scheduling and logistics coordination for inbound grain, outbound products, and by-products. You will manage relationships with operational, sales, and quality teams while developing contacts with customers and suppliers. Under the guidance of the Commercial Manager, you’ll also learn to think strategically about growth opportunities, project management, profit and loss analysis, and go-to-market strategies. Additional responsibilities include supporting inventory management, month-end reconciliation, PR/PO processing, and other related tasks.Job Responsibilities:• Train and present monthly P&L analysis.• Learn the procurement and execution of bulk truck, rail, and packaging lines.• Track grain movements, including inbound rail and wheat truck scheduling.• Collaborate with centralized customer service to manage customer orders.• Develop Go-To-Market strategies for the mill and Free-to-Sell products.• Monitor and report flour, wheat, ingredients, and by-products inventories.• Make timely, coordinated decisions to support operations.• Participate in month-end reconciliation and PR/PO processing as needed.• Engage with operations, quality, and sales teams to understand their roles.• Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety.• Contribute to special projects to enhance learning and training.• Participate in daily operations reviews.#IncludingYouDiversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
