Horizon Sports & Experiences (HS&E) seeks an experienced professional to join the team as an Administrative Assistant.

What You'll Do
Provide full administrative support to David Levy, Co-CEO & Founder
Assist in ancillary needs of directors within division
Ability to develop systematic approach to getting multiple tasks completed
Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential material and information appropriately
Working from the office required when Co-CEOs are in (typically 3-4 days a week, but may vary)
Manage complex calendar scheduling, reserve conference rooms, and set-up for meetings
Manage travel arrangements, submits travel and other business related expenses for reimbursement
Prepare and proof reports, memos, and letters
Prepare materials as needed for meetings, presentations, etc. in advance to ensure leader is prepared with proper context
Understand how to handle calls from high profile contacts in a poised and professional manner
Develop and maintain a contact database
Maintain a positive work environment for employees as a team player
Photocopying, distribution, filing, ordering offices supplies, faxing/mailing correspondence or packages, or other services. Knowledge of various mailing and overnight companies helpful.
Arrange catering needs for client meetings
Plan, schedule and organize work
Perform other general administrative/project management duties as assigned
Work alongside the EA of Chris Weil on coordinating executive initiatives
Who You Are:
Extremely organized and detail oriented while working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Able to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
Expert level written and verbal communication skills
Internet + pop culture/sports savvy
Great interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels
Proactive, flexible and a strong decision making ability
Have a BA/BS or 3 - 5 years of equivalent administrative assistant experience for a senior-level executive

Salary Range
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00
A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
