Assists with administrative operations for the Office of the Vice President for Campus Engagement, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and staff. Provides administrative support including calendar management for the Vice President of Campus Engagement and staff. Implements and maintains various information tracking systems, processes, and procedures to achieve efficient and effective departmental operations. Serves as departmental liaison to students, faculty, and visitors. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or state recognized equivalent.
- Three (3) years of experience in a general administrative, customer service or clerical role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Administrative, customer service or clerical experience in an academic or higher education institution.

- Ability to comprehend a variety of informational documents including billing invoices, contracts, grants, receipts, basic spreadsheets, academic related materials, address changes, applications, memos, routine correspondence, and other reports and records.
- Ability to comprehend a variety of reference books and manuals including academic-related manuals, processes procedures and CSU policies and procedures.
- Ability to prepare receipts, logs, memos, reports, letters, routine correspondence, and other job-related documents using prescribed format and conforming to all rules of punctuation, grammar, diction, and style in accordance with the department and CSU standards.
