We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and enthusastic Administrative Assistant to support the Hill's End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain organization. The Supply Chain (SC) Administrative Assistant will provide program/process coordination to Hill's E2E Supply VP, Hill's Supply and Demand Leads and other functions within the E2E SC group. The SC Administrative Assistant will identify and implement new ways to help the assigned function(s) become more efficient and productive and will be responsible for maintaining a variety of department programs, processes, projects, and databases that require ongoing assistance. The Supply Chain Administrative Assistant will connect the dots and convert complex material into effective communications.


What you will do:

  • Complete administrative work applying judgement and in-depth knowledge of organization and policies/procedures, department’s activities and terminology
  • Coordinate & support communication strategy plans and execution using digital tools, training materials. Partner with cross functional teams to create projects
  • Coordinate selected departments programs and projects to ensure the projects deliver against planned milestones and timelines within the supported function/s
  • Create purchase orders; set up new vendors, reconciles discrepancies with invoices, and follows up with external vendors as needed; Serve as the expert and first point of contact for eBuy (internal system for purchasing and invoice processing)
  • Support various initiatives including group travel, large meetings event coordination, new hire office set-up / virtual support, troubleshooting issues, handling of confidential and proprietary information, expenses report management for function leaders, calendar coordination, conflict resolution, etc. Prepare background materials (Powerpoint presentations, flyers, newsletters etc.) and take notes for departmental meetings
  • Serve as a power user for systems/software used by function(s) (SAP, Google Drive Tools, Virtual Meetings, etc.) in order to assist the department in using technology to improve processes and projects
  • Provide overall administration for, perform research on, and extract data from electronic databases and other sources using query tools and/or search engines
  • Handle confidential data requiring the utmost sensitivity and discretion


Required Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role, ideally in a corporate environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

Salary Range $52,800 - $72,500 USD

Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
