You will (responsibilities):
  • Provide administrative support to Partners, Directors, Managers, and Staff in the Tax in the tax department.
  • Serve as a tax processor by helping to assemble tax returns and extensions.
  • Provide various duties such as, prepare and track correspondence including annual engagement letters, printing, scanning and copying of documents, scheduling of internal and external meetings.
  • Must be able to juggle and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Other various projects (i.e. presentations) as necessary.
  • Overtime may be required during peak season, which could include some evenings and weekends.
  • This position is an in-office position. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (with some flexibility).

You have (qualifications):
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to proofread for errors.
  • Proficient skills in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in CCH Axcess Tax preferable but not required.
  • Must be organized, have strong attention to detail, with a commitment to high quality work and great at problem solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: multi-task, prioritize requests, accommodate competing demands, manage priorities to meet deadlines, utilize proactive customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with DocuSign, Salesforce or similar CRM software preferred.
$25- 35/hr
  • The salary range provided is intended for candidates in the Santa Monica Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position. Candidates who do not reside in the Santa Monica Area, do not meet the minimum requirements, or exceed the requirements are encouraged to apply and a recruiter will provide you with a range specific to your location and qualifications.
