Job Description

In the role of Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of vital tasks, from providing comprehensive support to our esteemed C-level executives and Vice Presidents, to meticulously coordinating and managing their calendars, appointments, and schedules. Your adeptness in orchestrating meetings, including handling all logistical aspects such as scheduling, virtual setup, and even catering arrangements, will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

  • Handle travel and accommodations for events and Columbia office visits.
  • Manage personal responsibilities for executives.
  • Contribute to office cleanliness and organization.
  • Process office maintenance requests.
  • Maintain precise meeting notes and records.
  • Provide valuable support for company events.
  • Handle phone inquiries and direct calls through RingCentral.
  • Assist in various special projects.
