Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to ensure data integrity, provide actionable insights, and create clear visualizations from complex data. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, collaborate closely with Customer Support and Account Management teams, and communicate proactively to meet deadlines. Strong teamwork and analytical skills are essential to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Integrity: Ensure customer data quality by implementing processes for validation, cleansing, and accuracy checks.

  • Analysis & Visualization: Analyze information gathered from multiple sources, breakdown high-level data into detailed insights, and transform data into the needed formats. Summarize with easy to understand visualizations.

  • Timeline Management: Meet multiple internal/external timelines and deadlines; proactively communicate delays or issues to both customers and management.

  • Customer Support: Assist the Customer Support and Account Management teams with inquiries, providing reports and solutions as needed.

  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects and perform other tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams, fostering strong relationships to achieve shared goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and convey complex information effectively across all levels of the organization.
